Overall Course Aim

The overall aim of our Foundation Course is for you to be better able to take more control over the development and direction of your life, in ways you value:

  • personally,
  • in the workplace, and
  • in relationships
Specific Course Aims

By the end of the course, you will have had an introduction to better understanding, valuing, practicing, and improving the skills of:

  • Self-awareness, active awareness, and awakened awareness

  • Accepting yourself, other people, and life’s issues (as a foundation)

  • Discernment (good judgment) and managing your thoughts, emotions, and externals events.

  • Controlling and directing your life towards doing more things you value, find meaningful, or just enjoy more.

  • Being better in relationships, through noticing, appreciating, and being grateful and kind more.

  • Committing to life-long personal growth and development, with hope and patience.
